Vacuum Pressure Impregnation
AC Electric is one of only a few motor repair shops in the country with an automated 6 ft. X 6 ft. VPI system. We use only 100% solids epoxy in the VPI process.
Our resins are stored under vacuum as well as refrigeration. This minimizes bubbles in the resin.
Our RS2100 recorder records vacuum, pressure, temperature, time and coil fill.
